One of the main attractions in Ejea de los Caballeros is the plethora of medieval buildings that can be found throughout the town. These include the Romanesque church of Santa María de la Corona, which was renewed in 1649-1650, and the church of San Salvador, which features a 16th-century portal with Romanesque sculptures. Another must-see is the church of Our Lady the Virgin of the Olive, which was renovated in 1765 over a pre-existing medieval building.
Ejea de los Caballeros is also home to several picturesque villages, including Bardenas, El Bayo, El Sabinar, Farasdués, Pinsoro, Rivas, Santa Anastasia, and Valareña. Two of these villages, Rivas and Farasdués, have been dependencies of Ejea for decades, while the other six were built in the 1950s and 1960s to settle inhabitants and farmers for irrigation farming. This followed the construction of the Yesa Reservoir and Bardenas irrigation channel that brought water to these villages and others.

The main local festival is held in honor of the Virgin of the Olive, the town’s local saint, while in June there is a medieval celebration for the patron saint, Saint John the Baptist. Another local festival commemorates The Vote Day, which occurred on January 14 during the Black Plague. On that day, the townsfolk voted for the bringing of the Virgin of the Olive across the town to worship her, and the plague is said to have ended in the town on that day as well.
